When asked what motivates her, Sarah responds without hesitation and a twinkle in her eyes, “Having fun. Being creative. Whimsy and joy!”

Sarah’s work and volunteer experiences reflect this, too. It’s quickly apparent how her love for the arts, connecting with others, and being present are at the center of what drives her passion for creative engagement and working with older adults. She recognizes that the arts can serve as a conduit to enhanced well-being, reduced social isolation, personal connection, enjoyment, and purpose.

Kind and authentic, Sarah has the ability to bring a sense of calm and stability. She balances that with positive energy and enthusiasm when the occasion calls for it.
