Heather supports our team and helps keep our systems and office operating smoothly. Her collaboration provides our Care Management, Creative Engagement, and Leadership teams with more time to focus on clients. She returned in mid-2025 after having worked at Aging Wisdom from 2011 to 2014.

Heather’s personal experience and knowledge of the challenges of navigating the journey of aging brings a valuable and honoring perspective. Her dad lived with Parkinson’s disease for seven years and her mom was his primary care partner.

Outside of work, Heather loves time with family, traveling, and all-things Seattle sports!

Jacque Quinene

To say Jacque loves the outdoors is an understatement. Her enthusiasm for snowboarding, mountain biking, and other outdoor pursuits—and for sharing that love with others—fuels her professional work as well. Jacque brings this same level of passion to her role as Accounting Manager.

She joined Aging Wisdom with both a wealth of professional expertise and a deeply personal connection to the work we do. After helping to guide her mother through her final transition, Jacque felt called to be part of a team that provides compassion, integrity, and respect to families navigating aging and end-of-life care. This experience instilled a unique understanding of the emotional and practical challenges families face, as well as the importance of financial planning during such times.

With a strong background in finance, strategic planning, and process improvement, Jacque oversees our financial operations to ensure Aging Wisdom’s continued ability to provide the highest quality of care. Her dedication to excellence in service and unwavering empathy aligns seamlessly with our mission to help clients live well, care well, and age well.

Beyond work, Jacque finds balance and inspiration in the outdoors, actively supporting groups advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in outdoor sports. These experiences deepen Jacque’s commitment to community and collaboration, values that resonate strongly with Aging Wisdom’s mission.

Annie is a motivated, curious, and results-driven professional with over two decades of experience in education, leadership, instructional design, and workforce development. She has a proven record of leading teams, managing projects from concept to completion, and designing educational strategies and curricula.

Her professional commitment is to leverage leadership skills, instructional design principles, learning theories, project management skills, and educational technology to deliver world-class educational experiences that engage and empower learners. Her blend of experiences, skills, and passions places her in an excellent position to support Aging Wisdom colleagues, clients, and partners in getting maximum value from their learning journeys.

In addition to her interest in education and learning, Annie is an ardent hiker and lover of all things outdoors – whether it’s exploring the mountains on foot in the autumn, spring, and summer or snowboarding, snowshoeing, or Nordic skiing in the winter, she spends as much time as possible in the mountains.

Keri Pollock

Keri brings more than 30 years of marketing, communications, training and business development knowledge and expertise in aging and social services.

At the core of everything she does is a personal mission to get meaningful, actionable information to people when they most need it. A relationship-oriented storyteller with a heart for serving others, connecting people with opportunities, and finding solutions to challenges by utilizing the gifts and talents of the team, Keri is known for being fearless in bringing people together to accomplish amazing things.

She serves on the Frye Art Museum Creative Aging Advisory Committee, Age Friendly Coalition for Seattle and King County, the Alzheimer’s Association Marcom Committee, and the Aging Life Care Association PR Committee.

Keri and her husband are avid Seattle Sounders fans. When not cheering on the green and blue, she loves spending time with family and friends, exploring the Pacific Northwest, hiking, walking, cooking, and sewing.
