“I work with clients one-on-one to connect and spark creativity and joy so they feel less isolated.”

It’s often through personal experience, such as helping an older family member navigate health or memory changes, that members of our team are attracted to our work as care managers and creative engagement specialists.

Molly is a perfect example. Over a seven-year period, she and her siblings supported and cared for their parents as they navigated health and memory changes. These experiences sparked a passion for promoting older adults’ well-being that led her to pursue deeper understanding through the University of Washington Certificate in Gerontology program. This opened the door to the creative engagement opportunity with Aging Wisdom.

Her professional background as an educator and personal experiences as a family caregiver make for rich insights, perspective, and expertise in working with people of all ages and caring for the whole person.

“My hope is that I can impact the lives of older adults in a meaningful, positive way. Whether as a resource for families or through building client relationships through enriching, creative, and tailored engagement, well-being is at the center.”
